Ok, so you’re excited with your new phone. You put your sim card and you’ll find out that there’s an alert saying “Invalid Sim” or maybe “No Sim Detected”. When you see this message, most of the time the reason is that the sim card is not inserted properly. However, this is not always the case.
Follow the steps below and it should be good to go.
- Restart your phone. This is one of the quickest fixes to use.
- Update your iPhone with the latest iOS version.
- Go to Settings > General > About if there is any carrier setting available. Click OK or Update.
- Reinsert your sim. Make sure that it fits perfectly. If it feels loose, put a bit of pressure on the slot.
