- You can RESTART your phone.

2. You can RESTORE.
First, connect your iPhone to iTunes > Put your iPhone in restore mode / DFU mode > Allow iTunes to download the iPhone software file and install it.
3. You can enter in RECOVERY MODE.
You need to connect your iPhone 12 to the computer > Launch iTunes on Windows or Finder on your Mac > Press and hold the Side button until you see the Lightning cable on the screen of your new iPhone 12. There, you have now entered in recovery mode.
